This includes, but is not limited to any product and service under affiliated brands, trade names, websites, products, services, programs, divisions, subsidiaries, fictitious business names (DBAs), and future offerings owned, operated, or controlled by Kia Love LLC (collectively, the "Products and Services").
By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, downloading, participating in, or using any of our Products and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products or services.
Digital Products
Our digital products include, but are not limited to: Plant-Based Pro courses and programs and The Foodies Korner recipe club ("Products").
All Products are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified. Purchase and Payment
Purchase: By purchasing a Product or Service, you agree to pay the specified price for that Product or Service as listed on our Site(s).
Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments processed via PayPal Inc., and installment plan options offered by our connected payment processing companies.
Financing: Any financing, installment, or payment plan option is a separate agreement between you and the applicable third-party provider. Kia Love LLC (and related companies) has no control over, responsibility for, or involvement in the provider's terms, approvals, payment schedules, collections, disputes, or financing decisions.
Although third-party providers may offer various financing, installment, or payment plan options, Kia Love LLC (and related companies) reserves the sole right to determine which payment methods, if any, will be made available at checkout. The availability of a financing option through a third-party provider does not obligate Kia Love LLC to offer or maintain that option.
Taxes: All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Any applicable sales tax, use tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other governmental charges will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your billing and/or shipping address where required by law.
In the event that sales tax is not collected at the time of purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes, including use tax, directly to the appropriate taxing authority in accordance with applicable laws.
We make reasonable efforts to calculate and collect the correct taxes; however, we do not guarantee that all applicable taxes will be collected at the time of transaction and reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
Delivery and Access
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information at the time of purchase and for ensuring that communications from Kia Love LLC (and related companies) can be received. Kia Love LLC (and related companies) is not responsible for delays, missed communications, or failure to receive products, services, updates, or access instructions resulting from inaccurate contact information, spam filters, blocked messages, or other circumstances beyond its control.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the equipment, devices, internet access, software, technical skills, and other requirements necessary to access and use any product, program, service, coaching call, consultation, or educational offering.
Digital and Physical Products
Delivery: Upon successful completion of payment, you will receive access to the Product via a login link or access instructions sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery is considered complete once such access information has been transmitted.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that communications from us are not blocked or filtered (e.g., spam or junk folders). We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect contact information or email filtering.
If you do not receive access instructions within a reasonable period after purchase, you must contact us at [email protected] to request assistance.
Access: You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Product for personal use only.
Services
For coaching calls and other live services, you are responsible for ensuring that you can access and utilize the communication method identified in the service description, booking confirmation, purchase confirmation, or related communications.
If you are unable to use the specified communication method, you must arrange an acceptable alternative with Kia Love LLC at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in the session being delayed, rescheduled, or forfeited.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access, intangible nature, and/or irrevocable nature of the Products and Services offered, all sales are considered final. Once a purchase has been successfully completed, no refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted except where required by applicable law.
If a payment plan, installment plan, financing option, or similar payment arrangement is offered through a third-party provider, your enrollment and acceptance by the third-party provider shall constitute a successful purchase for purposes of this Refund Policy. The existence of an installment plan does not create any right to a refund, cancellation, reduction of amounts owed, or release from your payment obligations. You remain responsible for the full purchase price and all amounts due under the applicable payment agreement, subject to applicable law.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any such refunds are voluntary and do not constitute an obligation or create any expectation of future refunds under similar circumstances.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

The Company is not licensed in the medical, health, or legal fields; therefore, the content and information provided should not be construed as medical, nutritional, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
By purchasing or participating in any product, program, service, coaching call, consultation, or educational offering, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, and results. Ownership: All content, materials, products, programs, videos, recipes, guides, worksheets, downloads, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property provided by Kia Love LLC (and related companies) are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, share, upload, transmit, teach from, or create derivative works from any materials without the prior written consent of Kia Love LLC (and related companies).
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any content, whether free or paid, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access, legal action, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
Communications & Marketing Newsletter
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including promotional messages via email, phone, and SMS. These communications may include marketing offers, updates, and important information related to our services.
Opting In: By submitting your contact details through forms on the Site, you are automatically opting in to receive communications from us.
Opting Out (SMS): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying with the word "STOP" to any of our messages at +1 945-800-4001. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To Rejoin (SMS): Sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
